Developed InboxIQ, an email-deliverability analytics product, using Express.js in an MVC structure with EJS-rendered HTML. Built and launched its GoHighLevel Marketplace application and integrated GoHighLevel, Mailgun, and SendGrid.

Diagnosed production and customer-reported issues, shipped fixes, and supported the product after launch. This work combined product functionality, third-party integrations, and ongoing maintenance.

## Cloud Infrastructure Engineer · RapidCompute

Contributed to an OpenStack hybrid-cloud development environment across Keystone, Nova, and Cinder, covering identity, compute, and storage services.

Integrated and validated a community Nova patch that extended virtual-machine creation functionality. Tested cloud services and investigated issues across the infrastructure components.
